Health & Wellness

The health and safety of our campers is our top priority. Pasquaney has a medical proffesional  living on campus throughout the summer, seven days a week, as well as infirmary counsellors and staff to help administer medications and first-aid. Our newly built infirmary has an examination room and can house several campers in isolation with air filtration.

All counsellors are certified in First Aid and CPR through the American Red Cross, and most counsellors are certified lifeguards. Some counsellors have Wilderness First Responder or Emergency Medical Technician certifications as well.

Our chefs provide abundant and well-balanced meals with accommodations for those with dietary restrictions (eg. vegetarians, gluten-free, dairy-free, allergies, etc.). Fresh fruit is available twice a day in addition to meals. We are an allergy friendly campus without peanuts or tree nuts.

Life at Pasquaney has many mental health benefits such as the absence of technology and social media, immersion in nature, and a strong sense of community. However, Pasquaney does not have the resources to care for campers with severe mental health conditions. For more information, please visit our Essential Eligibility Criteria page.
