The morning kicked off with the usual routine of showering and brushing teeth. This was followed by breakfast and a quick, an efficient duty period, and the activity period. This was followed by soak and dorm skit rehearsals. After this, there was a quick and efficient meal, which was followed by rest. In the middle of rest, at 2:30, all members of the Notchpost expeditions left early to assist in teaching the Expedition Exposition. In the Expedition Exposition members everyone cycled through six different stations. The stations included tents, stoves, bear bags, packing, LNT, and receiving backpacks. Following this, there was some free time and a Tree Talk given by Wes Richardson about being aware of your surroundings, attention, and your life. After the Tree Talk there was pizza for dinner and more dorm skit rehearsals.
