Today was a rainy day; we woke to a sprinkle of rain and lots of clouds. It was an inclement 66ºF. During breakfast, James Crowley was elected Captain of Industry. With water flooding Hobbs, we played soccer and spikeball. A sailing capsizing clinic started with basic checks as campers moved toward their basic sailors. After soak, the first club skit rehearsals took place. In the afternoon, we kicked off some sub-junior and junior canoe races; after that, there were water basketball and diving games. At Hobbs for the second activity period, there was football, a new favorite around the hillside. After dinner, we finished the night with some singing. All in all, it was a good day.
