The 1895 Society was created to recognize and thank people who are making planned gifts to Pasquaney, gifts which will help ensure that Pasquaney continues to thrive in the future.
Planned gifts include making a bequest in your will, recognizing Pasquaney as a beneficiary in a life insurance policy, or making a gift to Pasquaney through a retirement plan. For more information contact the Pasquaney office [Phone: (603) 744-8043, Email: firstname.lastname@example.org]
In order to make a bequest, you should speak with your attorney or financial planner. He or she can help you include a bequest or codicil to benefit Camp Pasquaney in your estate plan. For your convenience, we have provided some basic bequest language.
I hereby give, devise and bequeath _________ and No/100 dollars ($DOLLARS) to Camp Pasquaney, a nonprofit organization located at 19 Pasquaney Lane, Hebron, NH, 03241, Federal Tax ID #02-0227848, for Camp Pasquaney’s general use and purpose.
I hereby give, devise and bequeath ____ percent (___%) of my total estate, determined as of the date of my death, to Camp Pasquaney, a nonprofit organization located at 19 Pasquaney Lane, Hebron, NH, 03241, Federal Tax ID #02-0227848, for Camp Pasquaney’s general use and purpose.
“During my nine summers at camp, Pasquaney gave me stronger friends and mentors than any other institution in the rest of my life. Saying Camp is important to me is like saying that there are rocks on the hillside. But I was struck this spring when my brother, Benjie, whose only summer was 2005, described Pasquaney’s outsized impact on his life. Benjie finds inspiration in the memory of his seven weeks at Camp. He told me that Pasquaney helped him develop a stage presence and taught him to be independent and resilient. Because one summer on the hillside can be so transformative, I want to ensure that Pasquaney will exist in perpetuity. That is why I named Pasquaney as a beneficiary of my 401k.” (Tim Jenkins, Camper 2005-2007, 2006, Counsellor 2012-2015, 2017)
