Today we woke, and it was 61° F. At breakfast, Doug had a long announcement about the Mary Lamb, which the COD followed with a reminder to “keep announcements quick and efficient.” Mem Hall shared a good laugh. After lunch, we had rest and inspection preparation. Stanwood came in first place and Dana came in second. In the afternoon, there was a canoeing specie to the head of the lake. On Hobbs Field, the Senior League Baseball Season kicked off with Peter Davies’s “Vote For George O’Brian” versus Bennett O’Reilly’s “Pitches Thrown Wildly.” Peter Davies’s team won with a final score of 10-0. Xander Kryska also hit his first Hobbs Field home run. Campfire was Dorm Skits. Dana won with their brilliant skit “The Pasquaney Sluggers.” Prayers and Taps followed.
