Today was a very eventful day. It was the first day with activities after expeditions. The breakfast was really good french toast sticks, but we unfortunately ran out of maple syrup. During the morning activity period, there was a popular pick-up football game on Hobbs at 11 and perch rock species at swimming. Inspections were also yesterday, in which Cardigan won the points per dorm competition. The highlight of the afternoon was the senior league ballgame between Teddy Marquet’s team and Peter Davies’ team. Burke Gunther may have had one of the Hobbs’ Field moments of the year, hitting his first home run. At dinner, we ate our very special steak dinner and it was delicious. After a great dinner, we gathered around the bonfire and sang expedition songs. All of them were good!
