Today was a normal Sunday, where we enjoyed 30 minutes of extra sleep before prayers and showers. After breakfast and duties, we enjoyed our first real shower of the week, which felt amazing. After inspection prep, there was an 11:10 inspection where Stanwood was able to secure 1st place. Then we had Chapel where Rich gave an awesome sermon on kindness and consideration, and it helped us appreciate the wonderful community we are a part of. After a delicious lunch and an extended rest, we had Camper Meeting and free time. It was a beautiful sunny afternoon, and the lake felt amazing during soak. We enjoyed a nice cookout at the waterfront and saw a huge bald eagle in a tree. We wrapped up the night with singing, featuring special guest Roan Hopkins. We went to bed to some nice cool air with the powerful railroad echoing in our minds.
