We woke up on a brisk 65ºF Tuesday. We had bacon, waffle sticks, and eggs for breakfast, followed by a quick and efficient duty period while the Short Walk headed out on their three-day expedition. The morning activity period brought a lot of sub-junior and junior tennis matches along with some canoe tilts. We headed down for soak at 11:45, and there were play rehearsals and fruit afterwards as always. Then, the bugle blew for a great lunch and an even better rest. The afternoon brought a sub-junior baseball game between Malik Foster-Thomas’s team and Gavin Spina’s team, which Malik’s team won 4-2. There were also more tennis matches and canoe tilts. All the baseball boys went down for soak at 5:00, which was followed by free time and play rehearsals. After a delicious dinner, we had Varied-Option Campfire, followed by mines, prayers, and taps. All in all it was a great day.
