TYPICAL DAY AND DAILY SCHEDULE
The daily schedule helps boys get to know all of their fellow campers and normally follows this pattern:
7:00 Reveille
7:30 Breakfast
8:15- 9:15 Duties
9:30-11:30 Activities
11:45-12:00 Soak (General Swimming)
12:15-12:55 Free Time
1:00 Lunch
2:00- 3:00 Rest Period
3:00- 5:00 Activities
5:00 Soak
5:30-6:25 Free Time
6:30 Supper
8:00-9:00 Campfire
9:15 Taps
By lunch, each boy will have been in at least five different small groups. He will start the day with his dormitory, gather briefly with the whole camp in the oldest dorm after reveille for a morning prayer, eat breakfast with the boys at his table, go to two or three activities with other boys, gather with the whole camp once more for a soak in the lake, and play games or rehearse a play before joining the whole camp again at lunch.
This constant mixing leads to the gelling of the community over the course of the summer.
